Return Policy

ROOTED N SUITED RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: March 16, 2026

Our Standard
Rooted N Suited is committed to delivering high quality natural hair, beard, and body care products made with intentional ingredients. Because our products are personal care items applied to the body, all sales are considered final once a product has been opened or used.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition.
The return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
Proof of purchase is required, including a receipt, order confirmation number, or confirmation email.
The product must have been purchased directly through Rooted N Suited LLC via our website, a vendor event, or an authorized sales channel.
Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, except in cases of verified damage or a confirmed product defect.

Accessories and Non-Consumable Products
Rooted N Suited offers accessories including combs, brushes, head caps, wave caps, and similar hair and grooming tools. The following conditions apply to all accessory purchases:
Accessories may be returned within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and has not made contact with the hair, scalp, or skin.
Once an accessory has been used or removed from its original packaging in a manner that indicates use, it is considered a hygiene item and is no longer eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
Defective accessories may be reported within 7 days of delivery. Contact us at hello@rootednsuited.com with your order number and a description or photo of the defect. Approved defective item claims will result in a replacement or refund at our discretion. Clearance or final sale accessories are non-returnable regardless of condition.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@rootednsuited.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage or issue. After review, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate. This is the only circumstance under which an opened product may be considered for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund under any condition:
Opened or used products.
Products returned beyond the 30-day window.
Accessories that have been used or removed from original packaging in a manner that indicates use.
Products that have been altered, contaminated, or misused.
Clearance or final sale items marked as such at the time of purchase.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product error on our part.

Safety Notice
Rooted N Suited products are formulated for external cosmetic use only. Individual sensitivities may vary. Please review all ingredient information before use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Step 1: Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute, customers agree to contact Rooted N Suited directly at hello@rootednsuited.com to allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the concern. Most issues are resolved quickly through direct communication.

Step 2: Binding Arbitration
If a resolution cannot be reached through informal communication, any remaining dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in the state of Texas, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing. Arbitration shall be administered by a neutral third-party arbitrator. Each party is responsible for their own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. All arbitration decisions are final and legally binding on both parties.

Step 3: No Class Actions
By completing a purchase from Rooted N Suited LLC, customers agree that any dispute will be handled on an individual basis only. Class action lawsuits and group proceedings are expressly waived.
